Vamos has just launched a follow-on that is expected to raise R$ 1.5 billion with the sale of 118 million shares. A large part of the offer - R$ 1 billion - will be primary, with the money going into the company's cash flow to support its organic growth, with the purchase of trucks and machines for rental.
