We are a Group of over 40 thousand employees under the same Culture, Values and a Unique Management Model, which produces sustainable results aligned with the best ESG practices. We are a holding company that manages 7 independent and complementary operations in segments of logistics, mobility, sanitation, infrastructure, concessions, and financial services.<\/p>\n

In 1956, in the city of Mogi das Cruzes (SP), truck driver and Portuguese immigrant Julio Sim\u00f5es began a story of hard work that would result in one of Brazil's largest business groups. In 2010, JSL (Julio Sim\u00f5es Log\u00edstica) went public (IPO) on B3. The following years were marked by growth, the result of strategic planning and strong financial discipline, factors that led to business development and expansion. In 2020, the SIMPAR (SIMH3) brand was launched, the result of a corporate reorganization that simplified the Group's structure, with the aim of boosting business development.<\/p>\n

Culture and Values, a unique Management Model and commitment to Governance practices promote sustainable value generation for shareholders, employees, suppliers and all of the Company's stakeholders. To this end, SIMPAR directs the execution of the business plans of its subsidiaries: JSL (JSLG3), Movida (MOVI3), Vamos (VAMO3), CS Brasil, Automob, Banco BBC Digital and CS Infra. To generate returns compatible with each business, since its inception, the company's operations are marked by fair commercial relations and absolute focus on meeting the needs and expectations of the clients of each business.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The 50s<\/h3>\n

1956 - Beginning of the alliance with Suzano Papel e Celulose.
\n1958 - The company reaches a fleet of five vehicles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"DoisIn 1962, Mr. Julio Sim\u00f5es bought his first zero-kilometer truck. He became responsible for all cargo transportation for Companhia Suzano de Papel e Celulose and set up Transportadora Julio Sim\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

First purchase of a 0KM truck, a Scania.
\n1962 - Headquarters set up in Mogi das Cruzes.
\n1964 - Opening of a branch of Transportadora Julio Sim\u00f5es Ltda. in Santos (SP).<\/p>\n

\"3In the 1970s, Mr. Julio bought the land on Avenida Saraiva. This became the future site of the company's administrative headquarters. In the same period, he acquired the former Transcofer transport company and obtained his Brazilian nationality certificate.<\/p>\n

The 70s<\/h3>\n

Acquisition of a new company three times larger: Transcofer, which focuses on heavy cargo transportation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"\u00d4nibusBy the early 1980s, Transportadora Julio Sim\u00f5es already had a fleet of 300 trucks. Even so, the company continued to grow, and in 1984 acquired the company that distributed Antarctica drinks in the Mogi das Cruzes region.<\/p>\n

The 80s<\/h3>\n

Start of the light vehicle rental and charter service for transporting employees within clients.
\n1982 - Establishment of an alliance with a major client in the steel sector.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The 90s<\/h3>\n

Start of vehicle sales with the purchase of Original (Volkswagen brand).
\n1997 - ISO 9001 certification obtained.
\n1998 - First fleet outsourcing contract in urban cleaning, with almost 100 compactor trucks offered to Rio de Janeiro city hall.
\n1999 - Purchase of Transcel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"3In the 2000s, Mr. Julio Sim\u00f5es decided it was time to settle down professionally and chose Fernando Sim\u00f5es, his fifth son, as his successor. He leaves the company with a turnover of R$ 1.7 billion\/year, 12,000 employees, 112 branches, a fleet of 16,000 vehicles and highly diversified operations.<\/p>\n

The 2000s<\/h3>\n

2009 - Creation of CS Brasil (Companhia de Servi\u00e7os), which consolidates operations for the public sector in fleet outsourcing management, urban cleaning and public transportation.
\nAcquisition of Lubiani Log\u00edstica, a company specializing in heavy transport.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Creation of Vamos, which centralizes all long-term leasing activities and the sale of trucks, machinery and heavy equipment (without manpower).
