Mental health in the workplace has become an increasingly recurrent theme in the day-to-day professional market. Companies from the most diverse areas have created and developed methods, processes and even benefits to take care of the physical and mental integrity of their employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SIMPAR, as a company that values its People, offers help and support through an initiative created in 2011: the Connected to You Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The mental health and quality of life of the employees of all our business units are essential to the day-to-day running of the SIMPAR Group, which prides itself on the presence of every member of its teams.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In order to promote a more humane and productive work environment, the Connected to You Program provides health treatment follow-up, psychological assistance and even support for employees away from work. It takes care of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to accidents at work and chemical dependencies, as well as support on social issues and legal advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the course of almost 12 years, the project has provided more than 10,000 services to SIMPAR Group professionals, their spouses and children up to the age of 24. During the peak of the pandemic in 2020, more than 4,000 people were assisted - during this period, the program was aimed at helping with socio-emotional and health issues related to Covid-19. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since SIMPAR and its subsidiaries have more than 40,000 employees, there is a very different and varied range of situations and adversities to which each one is subject, which is why each case is treated in its own particular way by a team of multidisciplinary therapists. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From January 2012 to October 2022, 10,921 services were provided, benefiting 2,855 employees<\/em>.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In this way, we provide support and guidance according to the need presented, instructing on internal or external procedures, even taking into account any legislation applied to the issue, as well as looking for directions, interventions or people for a given solution. Factors such as personal and professional satisfaction, facilitating communication and interpersonal relationships are also always taken into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The role of the program's professionals is, above all, to guide and reconcile. And with each visit, to generate support and provide the patient with ways to solve their problems, with the aim of improving the physical and emotional condition and well-being of each patient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From truck drivers to lawyers, from executives to technology analysts, everyone who is connected to the SIMPAR Group can count on this totally free and accessible form of support.
