After all, without the performance of its employees, an organization can't stand up, remain competitive and attractive in the market, or gain a foothold. Here at <strong>SIMPAR<\/strong>, a <strong>Our People <\/strong>is what we have as a major competitive advantage for building our business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To take care of people, we work our <strong>Culture<\/strong> e <strong>Values<\/strong> throughout the Group, as well as directing investments towards professional training, safety, health and well-being for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The look at this journey begins with recruitment, and continues when the new hires arrive at the company, starting the integration program with an institutional presentation of our Group, so that everyone gets to know the Culture, Values and our business. If there is a vacancy available in one of the Group's companies, those interested can apply and the platform will analyze how prepared they are to take on new challenges. If they are considered suitable, the employee will be aligned with the managers and other professionals involved in the process, agreeing deadlines for the move to take place.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the People Cycle, one of the essential stages is feedback. And when this is done, employees are encouraged to propose an Individual Development Plan to align possible improvements in their performance.
