For the fifth consecutive year, we present our 2024 Integrated Annual Report as part of our commitment to transparency, governance, and long-term sustainable value creation.

SIMPAR’s Integrated Annual Report provides a comprehensive and integrated view of the holding company’s contribution to operations, business performance, and challenges faced in fiscal year 2024.

We have developed this publication based on the guidelines of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), ensuring that we have not omitted any mandatory information or aspects of the Integrated Report. We have also followed the guidelines of the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).

We have adopted as additional guidelines the guidelines of CPC 09 – Integrated Reporting, aligned with the Basic Conceptual Framework for Integrated Reporting, developed by the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC). We also consider the indicators of the 2021 Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, with which we comply, and the standards of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) for the transportation sector, of the Value Reporting Foundation (VRF).

It is with great satisfaction that we present SIMPAR’s 2024 Integrated Annual Report.

We thank our more than 57,000 employees for their daily commitment to executing the strategic plan defined by the Administrative Council of each of our companies – JSL, Movida, VAMOS, CS Brasil, AUTOMOB, BBC, CS Infra, and Ciclus Ambiental – and for the trust of everyone who interacts with us.

We thank all our stakeholders, who play a fundamental role in our journey, and especially our customers for their trust and the opportunity to provide different services in each of our businesses. To the more than 57,000 employees who are part of the SIMPAR Group, we are grateful for their dedication, strong commitment to efficiency, and contribution to the development and continuity of our companies. We move forward, always guided by these principles, to build an even more promising future.

Thank you very much!
Fernando Antonio Simões
