Less capex, more services: CS Infra's plan to grow in concessions

São Paulo, May 2025.

In the midst of the attempt to deleverage the Simpar holding company and reduce investments, CS Infra is going through a different phase from the other businesses in Fernando Simões' group.

In March, the group's infrastructure arm won two concessions: a 308-kilometer corridor between Paranatinga and Canarana, in Mato Grosso - which should consume R$ 1.1 billion in investments - and the management of 13 bus terminals and 6 stations of the Expresso Tiradentes, in São Paulo, with R$ 170 million in contributions planned over the course of the 30-year contract.
