São Paulo, October 2024 - Getting to know their parents' work routine up close is enriching for children. With this in mind, Simpar - the group that controls the companies JSL, Movida, Vamos, CS Brasil, Automob, Banco BBC Digital, CS Infra and Ciclus Ambiental - will offer a special program for the children of its employees. The event will take place in Mogi das Cruzes on October 17 and 18, in Itaquaquecetuba on October 17 and in São Paulo on October 18. In all, approximately 530 children are expected to take part.
The little ones will be able to enjoy recreational activities such as slime making, crazy hair, painting and making bead bracelets, as well as a photo booth and various toys. There will also be a special menu and distribution of exclusive gifts. Specifically in Mogi, where more than 380 young visitors are expected between the two days of programming, there will be a tour of the company's garage.
"The aim of the action is to demystify the professional environment and strengthen family ties between parents and children. In addition, the initiative will help to reinforce important values, such as a sense of responsibility and commitment, and to inspire children to imagine what they want to be when they grow up," explains Juliana Simões, Simpar's People and Culture director.
Donation of toys
During this period, the Julio Simões Institute, Simpar's social arm, will be promoting an internal toy collection campaign, with the aim of providing moments of fun and learning for around 70 children assisted by the Jabuti NGO, in the Jundiapeba district of Mogi. The campaign will collect collective toys such as board games, ropes, puzzles and balls, among others.
