São Paulo, May 2025.

São Paulo, May 2025 - . SIMPAR is part of Wallet Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE) of B3 by fourth consecutive year. In addition to the holding company Movidafor the sixth time in a row; the LET'S GOfor the third year in a row; and JSL, for the second year running, were also included in the index.

SIMPAR invests in efficiency and prioritizes renewable energy sources, including CO2 Emissions Management, waste management and conscious consumption of natural resources. The subsidiaries are working to reduce their emissions intensity by 15% by 2030, a target linked to the Sustainability-Linked Bond.

The ISE brings together shares in publicly traded companies that stand out for their good environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) practices. The recurring presence of SIMPAR and its companies in the index is the result of the group's commitment to adopting responsible and transparent practices. These efforts have also ensured recognition by other sustainability indexes and rankings of global relevance, including the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and, for the first time (2024), the company's participation in B3's Carbon Efficient Index (ICO2), reflecting transparency and efficiency in the management of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

Some highlights:

. JSL works with a newer fleet than the market average, which helps to reduce environmental impacts, as well as making deliveries safer and more efficient. The company also adopts other eco-efficiency and renewable energy actions, taking climate risks and opportunities into account.

. Movida is the first publicly traded rental company to be certified as a B Corporation. In 2020, it was also a pioneer in issuing a Sustainability-Linked Bond (SLB) committed to reducing emissions and the first in America to have targets recognized by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). The actions include encouraging the use of ethanol and installing solar panels in the stores.

Vamos promotes sustainability by adding value to products and services that contribute to fleet renewal in Brazil, which includes newer trucks and machinery powered by biogas or electricity. The company was a pioneer in creating the first electric 100% mobile workshop and, since 2019, has offered Vamos Carbono Zero to neutralize GHG emissions.
