If there is a vacancy available in one of the Group's companies, those interested can apply and the platform will analyze how prepared they are to take on new challenges. If they are considered suitable, the employee will be aligned with the managers and other professionals involved in the process, agreeing deadlines for the move to take place.
In the People Cycle, one of the essential stages is feedback. And when this is done, employees are encouraged to propose an Individual Development Plan to align possible improvements in their performance. The practice of feedback is constantly encouraged for leaders and managers, who can use SIMPAR University's training courses to prepare themselves for this moment, which is essential in the continuation of their team members' journey within the Group.
