Simpar expects gross revenue of around R$35 billion by 2024; Vamos sees a fleet of 100,000 by 2025

São Paulo, May 2022.

Simpar (SA:SIMH3) announced on Friday that it expects consolidated gross revenue of approximately 35 billion reais in 2024, according to a material fact to the market, which would be more than double the figure recorded last year.

The company said that the projection is based on an average growth of 20% per year in consolidated gross revenue between 2009 and 2021, ""on addressable market potential, on investment projections for the purchase of assets already realized and to be realized, as well as on growth through acquisitions"".

Simpar, the parent company of JSL, Movida (SA:MOVI3) and Vamos, reported consolidated gross revenue of 15.45 billion reais in 2021.

The truck, machinery and equipment rental company Vamos also announced on Friday that it expects to have a fleet of 100,000 assets by 2025, six times more than the fleet at the end of the first quarter of 2021.

JSL, a logistics company, and Movida, a car rental company, reaffirmed their projections.

The estimates were announced as part of a meeting of Simpar's directors with analysts and investors this Friday.
